Cold Stretch Bending Introduction: 

Cold Stretch Bending is a process of metal forming by applying pressure to the material over a die or form into various shape and sizes. The Bending processing is performed at room temperature, which eliminates the need for heat treatment and allows for the metal to be bent without changing its properties and control over the shapes of finished products without damaging of the surface.

This process is used to create complex shapes and contours which are not possible with traditional bending methods. 

It's an efficient and cost-effective method for producing bends with high accuracy and repeatbility. The cold stretching process also helps to reduce the amount of material and time.

What Material Can Do Cold Stretch Bending?

All metal profiles can do bending such as Aluminum Profile, Steel Profiles, Stainless Steel Profiles, Copper Profiles.

Square tubes profiles, Round tubes profiles, I profiles, Oval tubes, Any Special Shape Profiles, C profiles, Angle Iron, U shape, L shape, T shape and etc.

Cold stretch bending can be used to produce a variety of shapes.

Normal standard arc,Oval arc, U shape arc, S shape arc, W shape arc.,Special shape arc.,single bending radius, double bending radius, multi-arc bending.

Max. Longest Bending Profiles: 18 Meters.

Max. Bending Section: 500*350mm.

Bending Radius: No limited as far as the mechanics of material permits.
